CODE OF CONDUCT AGREEMENT

Co-op Code of Conduct Agreement

All students and parents will conduct themselves in a manner that honors God in their actions and in their attire. We also uphold the “parents know best” policy and will divert to individual parental discretion for all matters not expressly mentioned below.

Students are expected to:

Treat teachers, parents, other students and our host facility courteously and with respect.
Be in class in a timely manner.
Listen respectfully to teachers/volunteers.
Use appropriate language.
No hitting, pushing, chasing or physically harming others.
Be with an adult at all times.
Pick up after yourself.

If a student displays continuous disruptive behavior, he or she will be escorted to the parent.

Non-enrolled children may not attend classes or be left unattended.

Recurring class disruptions may result in the expulsion of the student as decided by co-op leadership.

For families with nursery-age children, please bring diapers, wipes, cup of water, and a change of clothes for your child each co-op day.

Nursery workers are expected to pack up at the end of the second period, and parents must pick up Nursery-age children by 11:45 AM.

At the end of the second period class, all students are expected to assist in clean-up before moving on to Extracurricular Time.

Parents/Guardians must be on campus with children at all times!

Any exceptions must be addressed on a case by case basis with co-op leadership.

Lifestyle Statement

At CHASE Co-op we affirm:

That God created the heavens and the earth, as described in scripture. This was not by accident and should never be attributed to any other person, force, or idea.
That human life begins at conception and, as humans are created in the image of God, all human life is valuable and important regardless of age.
That men and women were created by God without any mistake in identity or gender. God’s design is perfect and should be embraced by His creation.
That God made all people, regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, or culture, in His image. All should be treated with reverence and respect as being the pinnacle of His creation.
That marriage was created by God to be between one man and one woman.
All teachers, parents and students should adhere to these affirmations throughout their time at CHASE Homeschool Co-op.
