ABOUT OUR CO-OP

“Their children, who do not know this law, must hear it and learn to fear the Lord your God...”
COURSES
Trotters - Preschool
Little ones 3+ who are not quite ready for a sit-down school setting. Here we will learn about God's creation by touching, tasting, and playing!

Joggers
Emergent readers, approx. 5+, who are able to engage with lessons and activities for longer than the Trotters class but who aren't quite proficient in reading yet. This class will include lots of hands-on activities to match themed Science and Social Studies lessons.
Leapers
Proficient readers who are able to participate in reading assignments in and out of the classroom. These young readers feel confident in their reading abilities but still require concrete concepts and lessons. This class will feature interactive lessons and relevant activities and resources for Science and Social Studies topics.

Runners
Proficient readers with the ability to comprehend more abstract concepts and to pursue a higher level of content mastery. These Science and Social Studies classes contain deep dives into the content topics and might include some light independent homework.
Educator Development
During the Extracurricular time, all moms (and dads!) convene to have a special homeschool development meeting time. This takes the form of informal gatherings to discussing homeschooling methods, curricula, questions, etc. At least once a month, a special guest speaker is invited to come in and speak about homeschooling and child education and development topics. Students engage in an Extracurricular class or playground time.
